Classic or organic
A classic balloon arch has a regular structure. An organic arch varies more in size and volume and can also frame part of a backdrop. Choose the effect you want first, then coordinate the colours.

Balloon arches
A balloon arch frames an entrance, stage or photo opportunity. From a neat colour pattern to a flowing organic shape, the space guides the design.

Room to enter
Provide the width and height of the entrance, including space for doors to open. Consider guests, wheelchairs, suppliers and visibility of signs. A beautiful entrance must remain practical.
Preparing an opening
Plan the setup before the first guests arrive. Include the access time, ground surface and available fixing points. The black and yellow arch at The Student Hotel in our portfolio shows how colour and shape highlight an entrance.

Good to know
Can a balloon arch stand outside?
Discuss the outdoor location in advance. Wind, weather, the ground and fixing points determine what is possible; conditions may call for a different design or setup time.
How much does this decoration cost?
The price depends on size, quantities, materials and any delivery or setup. Share your wishes and approximate budget; we agree on the price before you order.
Tell us your idea
What are we celebrating?
Send us the date, venue, preferred colours and a photo of the space. We will discuss the options and agree on timing and costs in advance.
